Introducing ConsumeWise

ConsumeWise is a measurement protocol that outlines the methodology for calculating the true cost of production of any consumption activity.

Everything we use comes from nature, and ConsumeWise traces these origins and their journey, almost like an ecology.

ConsumeWise operates by mapping out the materials used in products, tracking their journey from extraction to disposal. It assesses the entire life cycle of these materials, scrutinizing how they're processed and their eventual fate.

The tool also evaluates the potential for reusing these materials, focusing on the principles of a circular economy to minimize waste and promote sustainability.

It offers a clear, comprehensive view of our consumption's true cost, urging us towards more sustainable choices.

ConsumeWise is currently being incubated by People + AI  where it is being built as a Digital Public Good.

It allows for any individual or organisation to assess the impact of their consumption activity without any external dependencies or need for third party experts.
